AI Voice Agent Development Company
We build production-grade AI voice agents — inbound receptionists, outbound calling bots, appointment booking and lead qualification — running 24/7 at sub-500ms latency. Built by telephony engineers, so the agent works on a real phone number rather than only in a browser demo.
Core Capabilities
Sub-500ms Latency
Optimised STT → LLM → TTS pipelines using LiveKit, Deepgram and ElevenLabs for natural, real-time conversations with no awkward pauses.
Outbound AI Calling Campaigns
Automated outbound diallers with AMD, DNC scrubbing, personalised scripts, CRM-triggered campaigns — and seamless handoff to human agents.
LLM-Powered Reasoning
GPT-6, Claude, and Gemini integrations with LangChain for context-aware, multi-turn dialogue, tool use, and live data lookup.
Telephony Bridging
SIP trunking via Twilio, Telnyx, or your existing Asterisk/FreeSWITCH PBX — agents answer real phone numbers from day one.
CRM & Calendar Integration
Push call summaries, transcripts, and extracted data to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel or any CRM. Book appointments directly into Calendly, Cal.com or your own system.
Multilingual Support
Deploy agents in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi and 20+ other languages with accent-tuned STT models and localised personas.

We are platform-agnostic and choose the right tool for your use case. Our primary stack is LiveKit + GPT Realtime + Deepgram for the lowest latency (sub-500ms). We also build on VAPI, Retell AI, Pipecat, Ultravox, Bland AI and VoiceFlow depending on budget, compliance needs, and required customisation.
Yes. We bridge AI agents to any SIP-compatible phone system — Asterisk, FreePBX, VitalPBX, 3CX, Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo — using SIP trunking or CPaaS API integration. Your agent answers real DIDs without replacing your existing PBX.
An MVP AI voice agent (single use case, single language, basic CRM sync) starts from $8,000 and takes 3–6 weeks. A full outbound calling platform with multi-agent support, multi-language, AMD, and deep CRM integration typically runs $20,000–$60,000. We provide a fixed-price quote after a free technical discovery call.
Our AI voice agents deliver the highest ROI in: healthcare (appointment booking, reminders, triage), real estate (lead qualification, showing scheduling), insurance (FNOL intake, policy queries), e-commerce (order status, returns), debt collection (payment reminders, TCPA-compliant outbound), and contact centre IVR replacement.
Measured on our own production agent, not estimated: a call costs a fixed ₹1.24 the moment it connects, plus ₹0.87 for every minute it runs — about ₹3.42 for a two-and-a-half minute enquiry call, which works out at ₹1.37 a minute at that length. Short calls therefore cost more per minute than long ones. Our voice AI cost page shows the full provider-by-provider breakdown and the eight real calls it came from.
Because most agents fail on the phone, not in the model. Carrier audio is 8kHz and noisy, callers talk over the agent, networks drop packets, and a SIP trunk misconfigured for codec negotiation produces one-way audio no prompt can fix. We have run Asterisk, FreeSWITCH and Kamailio in production since 2012, so when an agent misbehaves on a real call we debug it with sngrep and packet captures rather than guessing at the prompt.
English plus six or more Indian languages, including Hindi, Marathi and Tamil. Language choice determines which speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers are viable — accuracy varies far more by language than the vendor benchmarks suggest — so we test against recordings of your actual callers before committing to a stack.
A working agent on a live number is typically up within a week. The longer part is tuning: the prompt, the handover rules and the edge cases only surface once real callers are on it, so we plan for a period of listening to recordings and correcting. Anyone quoting a finished agent without that phase has not run one in production.
Our pipeline uses voice activity detection (VAD) with barge-in support, allowing the caller to interrupt the agent naturally. We tune VAD thresholds per use case to minimise false triggers from background noise and filler words.
