White-Label Hosted PBX
A hosted PBX an ISP resells to more than 800 small businesses, with automatic tenant provisioning, number assignment and billing exported to Tally.
Asterisk, FreePBX and FreeSWITCH phone systems designed, built and supported from our office in Ahmedabad since 2012, for offices and call centres across Gujarat and for clients in more than 30 countries.
FreePBX or VitalPBX for one office or several branches: extensions, IVR menus, ring groups, queues, voicemail and call recording.
SIP trunk setup with your carrier, codec and NAT tuning, and failover between trunks so calls keep flowing when one provider has a bad day.
Agents answer inside your CRM over encrypted WebRTC, from the office or from home, with no desk phone needed.
Queues, predictive and progressive dialling on Vicidial or Asterisk, live wallboards and CRM screen-pop.
Hardened servers with fail2ban and firewall rules, plus daily and monthly spend caps and concurrent-call limits, so a compromised extension cannot run up a bill overnight.
One-way audio, dropped registrations, choppy calls or a PBX nobody understands any more: diagnosed with sngrep and Wireshark, and most critical faults fixed the same business day.
Samcom began in Ahmedabad in 2012 as a VoIP consultancy, and voice is still the centre of what we do. The engineers who build PBX platforms for carriers and contact centres abroad are the same people who set up phone systems for businesses here.
Being in the same city helps with the parts that are hard to do remotely: agreeing how every call should route before anything is configured, and training the people who will use the system every day.
You keep full administrator access to your own system, so it is never locked to us.
